Bellator announced earlier today two more participents in the upcoming season 2 middleweight tournament. Jared Hess (10-1-1) who competed in season one's tournament and Sean Loeffler (18-4).
Hess last competed against Keith Johnson at "BB 3 Holiday Havoc" where he needed only 2:18 of the first round to submit Johnson. Prior to the victory, Hess competed in Bellator's first season middleweight tournament where he defeated Daniel Tabera and Yosmany Cabezas to make it to the finals. Unfortunately things didn't go his way as he got cut in the fourth round against Hector Lombard and the doctor was forced to stop the action.
Loeffler meanwhile has put on a six-fight win streak after suffering his first ever back-to-back losses. Loeffler has finished seventeen of his eighteen opponents rarely needing more than the first round to defeat his opponents.
The officially announced roster for the middleweight tournament so far also includes Bryan Baker, Matt Major and Eric Schambari.
