Announced earlier today by ASTRA promoters, Sengoku veteran Michiro Omigawa (9-8-1) will take on WEC veteran Micah Miller (13-3). The bout will take place on the main card leading up to Japanese legend Hidehiko Yoshida's retirement fight.
ASTRA will take place April 25th, at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan. The event will air on the Japanese channel Sky Perfect TV.
Micah Miller last saw action when he submitted Anthony Morrison at "Shine Fights 2: ATT vs. The World" by way of arm-triangle choke. The last time Miller fought on Japanese soil, is when he lost a close decision to Yoshiro Maeda at DREAM 7.
Michiro Omigawa is a product of the Yoshida Dojo and will represent his head coach at the event. The last time Omigawa saw action, he defeated Hiroyuki Takaya by technical knock out in round one at Dynamite 2010.
